gin + ginger beer + mint = gin gin gin mule

recently gin has become my alcohol of choice. i love the neat, clean, fresh taste of it – a  great move up from vodka, which frankly was getting a bit boring! i just can’t recommend a shot of straight up gin. it nearly burned a whole in my throat!

so as a valentine’s day treat dave decided to add this drink to repertoire.
